[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — not getting balance in snap case

Dear sir/Madam I have been doing online shopping in snapdeal for a long time. So far I have placed many orders but getting no balance in snapcash. As per the information provided in the snapdeal app that by placing an order you can earn snapcash. But I didn't get anything so far in snapcash provided by the snapdeal app. Therefore I would like to request to look into my matter and initiate necessary action regarding my request. I hope you will do the necessary as soon as possible to solve my problem. Thanking you
