[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not getting money

I have canceled my product id [protected] no one came to take my oder but when i check my status it said return approve.. I don't know i want my money back as soon as possible & take that product.
Another product i brought product id [protected] i found it broken and does not match what i seen in configuration of the product
In snapdeal.. I have return it i want quickly take my product & back my money...
& also you don't behave properly with customer like we are came to you foe beg!!!
