[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — not getting my refund and also not able to contact to customer care | |||||
I bought a puma shoe 9 july 2017 from snapdeal but got small size shoe then i requested for exchange. But after 2 days i got massage from snapdeal that they cant exchange because size is not available, so they will refund my money. And today is 09 august 2017 and i am still waiting for my money and i am trying to contact to customer care but its very difficult them... Only few times my calls contact to customer care rest of the time i was just wasting my time to contacting them. Its very pathetic and disappointing. I wana give they star in minus (-). We have purchased a life like dz09 smart watch on12th Feb 2017.After some time, it became damaged & we have placed a replacement request. It was picked up on 13th March but the courier company broken the watch and returned us again.Now we are trying to contact Snapdeal but they are not responding.Please kindly help us.
