Refund request pending one month Return request is under process [ticket id: 36409633]. Suborder id: [protected] Order id: [protected] (4 items), placed on 16 oct, 2016 Item 1 Moregmax moregmax _4g7 black (4g + wifi voice calling) Napdeal's customer care adviser wrongly update mentioned in old ticket id in their system regarding pickup and refund. Continuously follow-ups for last one month thru phone call (Every call time approx 40-55 minutes) and email with customer care team but every time they give me false promise and wrong update regarding pickup and refund. And also disconnected the phone 4-5 times, Call details from 19, 11.16 with ticket id 36409633 with harpreet 22.11.16 at 10.44. Am 24.11.16 28.11.16 - pravin 12.49pm 30.11.16 - minaxi 3.47pm 01.12.16- anand 1.55pm 6.12.16- harpreet 2.25pm, pravin and binesh sharma (Supervisor) 13.12.16 15.12.16 - tanuja 16.12.16 - gunjan - line disconnected 16.12.16 - harpreet 10.33am 17.12.16 - madam-10.56am - line disconnected 17.12.16 - ezaz-11.38am - line disconnected (The above details are noted by me but except this many times called you) Also email correspondence is available with me.
