[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Not give me refund. Wrongly updated and, false promise unethical behaviour

Napdeal's customer care adviser wrongly update mentioned in old ticket id in their system regarding pickup and refund. Continuously follow-ups for last one month thru phone call (Every call time approx 40-55 minutes) and email with customer care team but every time they give me false promise and wrong update regarding pickup and refund.
And also disconnected the phone 4-5 times,
