[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Not giving money back

we have purchased the product Micromax Bolt A24 champagne on[protected] Monday and the product was not working properly and the battery was not standby so we have returned the product within 7days i.e.,[protected] Saturday. The money back guarantee was their within 7days return product. They have given us an order no. by mail the number is [protected], and they haven us the customer care no [protected]. We have called the number which they have given they are saying that ''we are raising the complaint about your saying we will call back with in 7 working days" the same thing they are saying since from a month please return our amount.
