Snapdeal.com — Not giving refund | |||||
Order ID: [protected] Sir, I ordered a steelbird helmet from snapdeal on 23 feb 2016, before ordering i called their customer care and asked them if there is any issue with the helmet, for example if the helmet doesn't fit my face shape or doesn't suit my face shape, will i be able to return and get a refund for the same ? They said YES, hamare yahan 7 days easy return policy hai ( i also have an audio recording of this conversation ) when i got the helmet i tried it and the shape of the helmet was such that i was having difficulty breathing because it was too close to my nose, so immediately i gave a return request It has been 6 days now and the snapdeal team is making a fool out of me everyday, i have to call them daily, no one takes the responsibility to call me, these 6 days they have asked me to send images, bill copy, barcode etc. and there has been no pickup. now today i get a call from their team and they blatantly refused to take the product back i have been troubled so much over past few days because of this Please get me my refund sir.
