I had ordered 1saree (Kesar sarees green art crepe saree) from snapdeal. Order id [protected]. Placed on 24th may 2016. Price of the saree was 699 inr.
I had ordered another of the same saree (Kesar sarees green art crepe saree) from snapdeal in the morning of 28 th may 2016. Price of the saree was 595 inr. Order id [protected].
The first saree was delivered to me in the evening of 28 th june against cod of 699 inr. I did not like the fabric and asked for a refund of rs 699 through free charge or sd cash. Moreover i immediately cancelled the order that i placed on 28 th may morning for the same saree.
On first june one person from jv_express courier came to me to collect the saree worth rs 699. He gave me a refund receipt from snapdeal against which i gave then the saree. On 2 nd june the 2nd saree worth rs 595 came to be delivered which i returned immediately without paying as i had already cancelled the same through their app.
Since then i tried to call their ccu but facing a lot of money loss as there's a huge deduction for even the auto generated replies too.
Today (8 june 2016) a message has come to me from snapdeal that they have refunded rs 699 on my free charge account against the saree.
Now i want to know against which saree they have refunded this money? The one that i have not received at all? And of course there's a message from their side clearly stating that they could not deliver the saree as i have already cancelled it.
I want a refund of rs 699 which is actually the amount that i paid for the saree. And also some explanation for the monetary harassment.
