Snapdeal.com — Not got my refund money regarding order id-[protected]

Dear Sir, I HAD ORDERED Cometodo Blue Casuals Shirt ON[protected]:58:02, ON THE OCCASION OF OUR DURGA PUJA FESTIVAL AT WEST BENGAL, BUT MUCH TO MY SURPRISE SNAPDEAL HAD DELIVERED ME A FAULTY PRODUCT, AND THEY MADE A REVERSE PICK UP OF THAT PRODUCT AND THE ACTUAL PRODUCT ARRIVED VERY LATELY AFTER THE DURGA PUJA, THAT ULTIMATELY HAD NOT SERVED THE PURPOSE OF MY BUYING.MUCH TO MY DISAPPOINTMENT THE PRODUCT WAS RETURNED TO THEIR END AND PLEASE NOTE THAT I HAD PAID A "CASH ON DELIVERY" OF THAT PRODUCT THE SUM OF RS.264 WHILE I HAD TAKEN THE DELIVERY OF THE FAULTY ITEM ON THE FIRST TIME.I DID NOT EXPECT THIS KIND O[censored]NPROFESSIONALISM FROM YOUR SUCH AN ESTEEMED COMPANY. I was really surprised that snapdeal people have not yet bothered to reply to my request id 10643463 of the refund.I got mail that they will get back to me within 48 hrs on Oct 19 regarding the matter, but till now i havn't got any response from their end...This only reflects the gradual decline of snapdeal's service which was simply excellent in the past...Again i have raised the issue and the request number generated is 11035322, again they sent a mail in response that they will get back to me within 48 hrs, but it has been 3 days and again no reply from them...i am disappointed with their service!!!
