Snapdeal absolutely doesnot have any control on their sellers. They have some problems with sellers and they are making customers to suffer. It's almost one month passed after they committed a particular delivery date. As per the "trust pay"policy if the product is not delivered in 10 days after it is shipped, they claim that they refund the amount in 7 days. But in my case all time lines have gone and they are not bothered even to initiate the refund process. Their self proclaimed so called "trust pay" policy is useless, nobody monitors why things are going out of control.I have escalated to the highest level, still it is of no use. No matter how many times you call, what you hear is "sorry for the inconvenience, we have escalated your matter and our team is working on the same". Service support is just a namesake, customers end up wasting their money in calls but what your hear is such pre-programmed robotic replies. Even with this complaint also I am sure they will give similar reply. They don't bother about complaints in consumer forum even. How can they dare to keep someone else's money without returning? This looks like a Professional fraud to me which they are doing in a decent and silent manner.
