Myself Ranjeet, i have placed order with Snapdeal on 25 Feb'17 order number ([protected]), for 2 products one of them got cancelled as Snapdeal could not arrange delivery and refunded me the money. However when i called to return the second product Snapdeal denied by saying there is some discrepancy in the account and later informed it is because of accesive returns on the account. even after calling multiple times it was denied and i finally worte an email to them on 12 Mar'17, i got the same response that it couldnt be returned or replaced. i have few concerns listing below.
1) Since there was accesive return on the account and return or replacement cannot be provided why wasnt it communicated to me before placing the order.
2) Return/replacement button was provided to me even after placing the order
3) i order Size M, the size description present on the website and Size despriction on the product itself is different.
4) Attaching the screen shot of the same as this is providing incorrect information to the customer.
5) Chest Size of M on website is 97cm wherein on Product it is 107cm.
please help
