[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — not ready to refund amount | |||||
Dear Madam / Sir, it's been more than 21 days, i am waiting for pick up of delivered products for return. i opted for return on 2nd day after products got delivered as there quality were not satisfactory. Order ids: [protected] [protected] [protected] i raised this issue with snapdeal customer care and they replied "We understand that you are facing an issue with your item and wish to return it. While processing your request, we reviewed your account and found some transactions that do not pass our internal checks. We're sorry that we will be unable to complete your request.".
