[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — not receipt of correct products | |||
Respected sir/madam, I am writing you this email regarding fraudery done by snapdeal. On 04/08/2018, i ordered goshop huaweihonor 8 lite on ear wireless headphone with mic attribute colour - silver, order no. [protected], suborder no. [protected], suborder no. [protected] which i received on 10 august 2018 After opening the courier, i found that the product i have received is not what i have ordered as i only received one piece but i had booked for two no. Of goshop huaweihonor 8 lite on ear wireless headphone. So, i immediately requested snapdeal for returning the product but they did not give any response and also told me that your order are correct delievered also delivery boy collect 1200/- rupees for that packed but before i could cheeked the courier packed he had left. Immediately i had send an email to snapdeal regarding this query but no any response received from snapdeal.com It was very disappointing as well as frustrating to me and not expected from snapdeal. I want to file a case against snapdeal as they are delivered incorrect product. . So, kindly do something about this issue. Waiting to hear back from you soon. Sincerely, N.
