Snapdeal.com — Not Refunded Money after returning Buyed Iten on Time

I had buyed Mi4i from snapdeal on 22 september and due to technical problem in handset like battery over-heating issue I had retured on 2nd day itself and person from snapdeal came to pick the item in 2 days . On 3rd Oct my NEFT got confirmed and same was conveyed via Mail but as per 7 day return policy I am still waiting for my money to be credited to my account. I had mailed them 4 times and called 3 times but people from customer care are just giving date to me but not returning my money. Please look into the issue at the earliest. Thanks, Ajay S
