Snapdeal.com — Not refunded money

As i ordered cherokee green sweatshirt but the delivered item was men's slipper.it' completely the snapdeal's fault. So i requested to return the product but you're not accepting my return item.my money was also not yet refunded.

Still the item was not picked up for return...the request was initiated by me since november 8 but still my money is also not refunded
