I have ordered 1 women shoe, 1 casual jacket, 1 men jeans pant from snapdeal on 22nd April 2017, received items on 25th and 27th April 2017 respectively.
Due to size and quality issue I have returned the items and Snapdeal has received those, I have the online confirmation from them. But now after 'approved return' of items they are not refunding the amount which I have paid through my credit card.
They are making a story of discripencies which they are not able to explain.
Please do the needful so that I can get back my total amount RS 5125.00
