[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not refunded my ammount 2670/- | |||
Dear Sir/madam I had placed order on with snapdeal.com on 15/10/2014 for large bean bag filled with beans and has order number: [protected] amounting 2670/-. Snap deal team gave delivery date as 06/11/2014. I waited till the delivery date and called to snap deal customer team and asked about the delivery of the product. They said that delivery service is not available in my resident area. So I asked them to cancel the order. They have initiated cancellation on[protected] and said that my amount will be refunded in 5 working days. I waited 10days and called to snap deal team customer support and they are simply telling we are checking with concern department. They are not looking for the resolution just escaping from the situation. Once in 2 days I am calling to snap deal an spending 10 minutes of my time, they are telling the same reason as above. I dropped so many mails to helpdesk with bank statements attached, but didn’t get any reply. Today 23/12/2014, till now I didn’t get my money. Please take my complaint and return my money.
