Dear Sir I am Sanjoy a physically disabled person booked a Tulsi mala from Snapdeal on Dt28/09/2021 having Order id- [protected] and Sub order number - [protected] of Rs374/ which was completely broken but Snapdeal neither arranging a reverse pickup nor refunding my money since last 15 days what to do now please help.
