I am Rahul Rai resident of kolkata.
I recently purchased 2 sarees from www.snapdeal.com. I received one of them as ordered and the other one quite late & was a wrong supply. Below you wil find
screen-shots from my mail about the order details.
After contacting snapdeal about the wrong supply they said wil pick up the wrong supply & replace.
however the replacement was not done after wrong supply was picked up.
Later on snapdeal said they would refund as they are not able to fulfil the order.
It's been a very long time since the order was placed & I have neither received my product
replacement or the refund. It's been over a month now since order was placed. They have my money
and they are earning interest on it. On morning of 7th October when I caled up snapdeal
customer support they are again extending the refund time. I gave them a verbal warning to refund
my hard-earned money by 6pm on 7th October.
Kindly see the screen-shots starting from the 5th October 2014.
Please ensure companies like these learn a lesson as to how business needs to be done & stop fooling
Indian public.
