[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Not refunding the amount

I am loyal customer of snapdeal since 3 years, I have purchased 3 pair of shoes but i returned 1 pair to the snapdeal after that i didn't get any amount even after complaining so many times to the customercare (complain no.[protected] today when i talked to customercare they flatly said that they won't return any money please help me I am a poor housewife please resolve my query

I had requested for refund by free charge but later requested for bank withdrawal as I don't have FreeCharge account but status still showing balance in FreeCharge account though representative at customer care told me that it will be transferred but still no result help me to get refund by bank account
