Purchased maharaja silver stainless steel kitchen stand (Order no: [protected]. And found several parts missing also the product that i order is much different than what i have received. When contacted they informed reverse pick up service is not available. Their helpdesk is taking at least 15 min to transfer call to customer are executive and each n every time they are trying to insist me to arrange courier to send the product back to them, it's now my headache.
I have spoke to different executive named komal she is pathetic in customer service and disconnected the call then i spoke to rajwinder kaur she helped me but not satisfactory result same ans that i have to arrange for courier. None of the senior is available to talk all are so arrogant no value for customer service.
After 56 min call got transfer to senior ayush anand he also answered the same thing that i have to ship it back and disconnected the call without completing the call. Pathetic cutomer service.
