[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Not replacing or returning the product

I ordered a trouser pant on January 5, 2025 from Snapdeal.Jaggu was delivered. I got exactly what I had ordered. When I tried it on, I did not like its colour. So I thought of replacing it with another colour, So I placed a replacement request on Snapdeal app for another colour and They kept my request as it was for a day, so I called customer care and told them that my request is still showing as replacement requested, so they said that your request has been rejected.I asked why it was rejected, they said that you have already returned three to four products on Snapdeal app, that is why your request has been rejected, So I told them that the product which I had ordered earlier was not of the right quality so I returned it, so it does not mean that you will reject my replacement, Then he said that Sir you cannot replace or return your item because our team has rejected your request, so I said I will file your complaint in consumer court, then he said yes do it.
