I have purchased "smartron t5524 (64gb, 4gb ram) - srt phone" from snapdeal. However i have received the faulty phone whose camera was not working properly, i have raised the return request on your website and my request was rejected claiming that delivered mobile was in perfect condition. After getting tired with snapdeal guys. Today i visited mobile service center and they declared that camera of mobile is faulty (See attachment) and they said they cant replace it. As the phone seven day. Since i have received the faulty phone thus it qualify for return/refund per your return policy.

As i was discontent with the quality of the hugo boss perfume i requested you to take back the product and refund the money. Though you have taken back the item i have not received the refund into my account. I am very much unsatisfied with your service. I would like you to do the necessary for refunding the amount. I am really unsatisfied with your stupid service. I placed an order for football shoes and another pair of shoes last week.

I have still not received the football shoes - vector x fusion red football shoes.

The order was canceled from your end with informing me.

The total bill amount was 1500+. I had redeemed my reward points & had got a discount voucher worth rs. 1000. Therefore, effectively, i had to pay only rs. 500 or something.

Now that the order has been canceled, my voucher has been wasted. Please look into this immediately because...

I bought memory card of sandisk ultra 32 gb in oct 2016. It is under warranty period of 8 years. Now it is not working. When i talked about it to sandisk team. After taking several queries they said that the memory card is duplicate. When i contacted snapdeal. He said that he will refund my money. But the main point is that the cost of memory card from that time to now has changed. I took that memory card on amount rs 552. The same memory card now available in snapdeal site at approximately rs 880. So i am in loss of rs 328. So it's not justice for me. So i request you to look my opinion and take...

Asus zenfone 2 4g 32 gb silver was ordered and payment was done via card.
When the product was opened it there was some snack pack inside instead of the product.
Tried calling on snapdeal customer care number does not exit.
Repeatedly mails were sent to have this investigated but they reply same template of 'will revert in 24 hours'

I've ordered a samsung earphone on 20th december and they delivered a iphone one 23rd december and that too very delicate which may get destroyed any time. And hence i applied for the return and they came for the pick up on 27th december. And since then i'm waiting for my refund and got no sign of it. I have ordered the above material on 15-dec-2017, i received the material on 01-jan-2018, after delivery they assigned for technician for installation.

Technician came to installation on 05-jan-2018, technician him self unpacked for installation, that time we found that supplied material was damaged.

I have given the return request on 5-jan-2018 (Ticket id:[protected] and showing the message that "return request is under process [ticket id: 45451525]. We will revert you within next 48 hours".

It with great disappointment that i'm writing this mail to you. The subject order was delivered to me on nov 25th. On seeing the pack it was clearly evident that the product delivered to me was fake. I immediately alerted snap deal help centre and also raised a return request on nov 27th.

I have sent 5 emails so far to the customer care, there is no single response from the customer desk, i don't know whether customer care really exists in snap deal. There is no escalation matrix provided and we can't reach the customer care to discuss our problem.

I have returned this order due to the wrong description provided on the website and it has been returned along with the other bag 10 days ago.

Hope through this compliant snap deal will wake-up to solve the issue....

I have placed 2 orders against which cashback offer was applied but i have not received against any order. Total amount of cashback is 150. On first order cashback of rs. 100 was applied. The amount should be received in form of snapdeal cash. That was normal cashback. On 2nd order cashback of 5% (Rs. 50) was available on hdfc debit card but i have not received in my bank account....

Hw can they do this to their regular costomer... And its not just ist time this had happened to me in 2016 also.... I have been cheated online... This is shameful act... I am disappointed... I ordered a dress and when i received it, it didn't fit me so very next day i raised a return request. Return was done after the guy checked the product. Later they sent an email stating that it doesn't meet quality check and it has many stains. When i returned it, it was in perfect condition. It didn't fit me or there was no chance of me staining it.

Now, after writing to them and speaking to them, they just have a simple reply that they won't accept the return and give my money back.

The one i recived was of a size of saucer thenwhen i returned the product they did the pickup and the pickup guy checked the product and then took it. Now today i recived a message claiming that the product failed qualitycheck & they are sending it bak to does that mean they sent bad quality product to me & now not even ready to return it.
