I have constantly been trying to get in touch with their customer support team but they refuse to help saying an update on the matter has been provided but no response has been recieved. I have been trying to tell them my original mode of payment has expired and money should be returned to a different account...

After ordering a Titan2480KM01 Silver Analog Watch for Women order number [protected] I received the fake watch. After the discussion with customer service form snapdeal, they said you have to bring the brand denial letter from Titan. And Titan authorized store said that they are not allowed to give any such letter.
For comparison, I attached 2 images first is original and 2nd one fake.
If brand denial letter is real please...

Yesterday i received a letter from post which mentioned i have won 1 lakh in cash with a certificate and a scratch card.in the scratch card it was mentioned that i have won 10 lakhs in total 11 lakh rupees as an anniversary celebrations lucky draw.
Presently i am not using your online shopping site for last few years. I have noticed a similar complaints in this site so i am reporting it you to take actions. Already i am aware of these...

Today i received a post from snapdeal pvt limited, nalini ranjan avenue, basantalal saha road, new alipore, kolkata - 700053.
Letter says that i have won prize money of rs. 1lakh + a scratch card. Scratch card shows additional winning 10lakhs. Total 11 lakhs. They have mentioned not to contact company, insteas contact their number [protected]. From further enquiry i came to know that its a fraud occuring widely in the name of sanpdeal....

On 11th march 2019 i received a letter from snapdeal containing a scratch and win card along with a letter wherein the redemption rules were stated. I got a call from Nitin Kumar Singh and he is saying that he is calling from snapdeal and you are a lucky draw winner and you won a Tata Safari but you have to pay transport amount first which is 45k in two milestone (22500 and 22500). He also send me his Adhar card, Pan card etc. He also mention that your car will transported by Balaji Transport Jharkhand....

Sir I have brought a book from snap deal.And today I got a call from snapdeal telling that I have won the lucky draw and reward is safari car worth 12, 000, 00 rs, I ve to pay 6500 in advance .I payed it and further I got a call to send further cash and I paid a total of 120000 .
