    I got message from this number +63 [protected] as I had applied for part time jobs, I was told of tasks to complete as I will be helping to generate sales so I joined and I got Rs 100 and was told to invest it on mission and on completion and after it got some mission to get commission so I started investing with the help of fraud I came to know later and I got some orders and completed 3 missions and 4 mission I have to invest 11k to complete that mission. Which I don't have so I left that and remaind amount which i put on missions 4524 rs got freezed I was shocked so I asked her for help she said I am looking on that please wait I waited for some time and I asked again still she is saying I am looking on that please wait. I was hope less there. Please help me out to get the money back.

      They are blocked my account please help me... It has my 5000 amount in snapdeal credit account which is not refunded to my bank account... They are cheaing with us help me

          I order wow skin skin science vitamin c face wash on 18 aug I got it and the product got expired so I raise return request and got a message that it will pickup in 2 to 3 days but I didn't get any call about pickup and then I see Snapdeal app I see pickup unsuccessful and I called customer but they didn't solve my problem then I rescheduled but there is no change then I call again but nothing is happen and then I see that your return request is closed but why I cancel it after 1 day of delivery

          I got frustrated please resolve

            Hello I cancel my order after 1 day of delivery but there is no pickup of product for refund and then now I cannot be able to cancel order because there is seen that return request closed why

              First time snapdeal give me information about refund and refund properly in my bank account but second time snapdeal don't give me any information and my amount is give back in snapdeal credit. Because he knows that i don't purchase any other product and he grab my money through Snapdeal credit.I say to customer care agent more than ten time that i get my refund in my bank account because i don't want to buy any other product via your app so don't give back refund via snapdeal credit. So i want my refund back in bank account.

                Money freeze

                I took a data entry job request from snapdeal 3 months ago.they asked me for project payment initially which is 700 rupees and I paid it. I completed my work before time. And when demanded for payment they charged me again in the name of insurance and then for my bank related issues. And now the refund which I must receive is 45, 988.00 rs. The refund they Claimed that I will get is after 45 days from the date I signed the refund letter.Now it's been around 3 month and I have not received my refund. I have an agreement which I signed and also the mail conversations.

                Kindly find the attachment regarding the proof of conversation.I have attached the entire conversation done via email.

                This is my kind request that please help me regarding this.

                  This is Rajat Kalra, just bought a pair of shoes from snapdeal but Unfortunately I received wrong item totally. It's plain black in image on site but got printed designed on it. I want to return it. But none of your representatives are responsible. They are not responding properly to my query.
                  Kindly look into this. Do the needful.

                      I ordered churpi (natural processed cheese) from snapdeal. The product is tasteless and I wanted to raise complaint but snapdeal is not allowing me to do so.

                      I have tried 'call me now' option many times but did not get any call back.
                      I tried chatting with the bot but they eventually ask you to press 'call me now' option and it was not happening.
                      i tried raising complaint but my complaint is not getting saved- it is showing 'invalid ticket no and email'

                      So, i had no other option but to post it here.
                      I didnt know Snapdeal had WORST customer service ever.
                      There was no way i could contact the agent.

                      I need refund for the product.
                      PLEASE RESPOND BACK.

                          Snapdeal has been repeatedly denying me my basic fundamental right to return a product purchased from snapdeal by paying my hard earned money to snapdeal. They have delivered an old, expired, low quality unbranded product & when i requested them to return this particular old expired low quality unbranded product which i had received they have been blatantly rejecting my return requests since 11/6/2023. The product is = cotton handkerchiefs pack of 12 = 2 quantities, ie rs 249 + rs rs 249 = rs 498/-.
                          I requested snapdeal to arrange a return pick up for both these products but they outrightly rejected my return requests & denied to return these products & gave a bizarre illogical explanation for the same.
                          I have given snapdeal a lot of business & i have already paid them over rs 2000/- for all the purchased products which are in the " delivered " category & it does not include not returned products.
                          When snapdeal sells unbranded expired low quality products how will a customer keep those products? why should a customer sacrifice? will snapdeal team members sacrifice or compromise with such old, expired low quality unbranded products?
                          absolutely no.
                          Then why does snapdeal expect a customer to sacrifice/ compromise on their hardearned money?
                          absolutely unjust & unfair.
                          When i have paid for these products using my hard earned money then i should have the right to keep the product or return the product.
                          How can snapdeal snatch my right?
                          it is unjust & wrong to deny a customer his/ her basic right to return/ replace as it is the customer who has paid for the product with the customer's hardearned money not anybody else.
                          Therefore please ensure that i get justice.
                          I cannot keep an old expired low quality unbranded product by paying my hardearned money.
                          Therefore please ensure that snapdeal revokes their adamant illogical bizarre decision to deny me my basic fundamental right & please ensure that this particular old expired low quality unbranded product is picked, returned & refunded asap.

                            I order a shirt from snapdeal on 24th may i got it by 29th may somehow i don’t like the fabric so i raise a return request and got a message that item will be pickedup by 30th may but on 30th may i didnt got any call from courier service and in evening i got a message that i am unreachable and incomplete address then i called snapdeal and they rescheduled on 31st may again same thing happen didnt get any call but in evening i got a message i am unreachable and incomplete address then i again call snapdeal they rescheduled for 1june and also updated my address again with secondary phone numbers but again didnt get any call and few hour later got a message i am unreachable and incomplete address then i call again they just rescheduled again for 2nd june but same thing happen then i called again and asked to connect to a senior executive they
                            arrange a call back from senior executive and got a call in next 10-15 min they told me that I rescheduled again for 3rd june and this time for sure item will be picked up
                            But again nothing happen

                                      A lady from snapdeal messaged me regarding part time job...assigning me tasks and letting me pay money for the orders...and telling that i will get the principal money along with the interest overall i lost around 19500 to 20000 rs in this scam!
