[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not Satisfied with the product Quality

My Order no. [protected] and Reference No: 39898958.
I ordered LeEco Le 2 mobile from Snapdeal. Facing multiple issues during using phone, issues are:

1.Hanging issue
2.Phone gets heated during call
3.Camera quality is not good

I have already complained about this to Snapdeal they picked it up on 02 Feb 2017 via SHADOWFAX RP SLOT, but in new phone i am still facing same issue.
I have tried to contact them but didn't receive any satisfactory reply.
Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.I am quiet frustrated of snapdeal customer service. Hope this time I will get DIL ki Deal from your side.So, I want to refund my money at all.

I have not receive any phone or emails from Snapdeal Company and my complaint still pending. at our end. How it is resolve I don't know about it. Please suggest what should I do?
