Snapdeal is not taking return of their defective product and also not refunding my money. Snapdeal's customer care executives always pretending as apologising. I think they're apologising for their worst pretending action and for making some silly excuses on which customer can't believe.
They told me "we can't pick up product from your postal code i. E. 282001 city: agra. So i couriered the product via dtdc courier service (Consignment no. V[protected] and attached courier form on package but snapdeal refused to accept then i got returned parcel from dtdc.
Then again i couriered the same product via another courier service (On dot courier and cargo service but courier service forwarded it to dtdc for delivery with consignment no. D[protected] but again snapdeal refused to accept the courier again as first was refused but i don't get the product's parcel yet and i don't get full competition of worth ₹425. I don't know why snapdeal is playing worst games with their faithful and innocent customer. When i contact to snapdeal's customer care their executives apologising like always and asking to wait one or more days. Was this information helpful? |
