[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — not working product delivered and not returning | |||
Dear sir i have placed an order with snapdeal for an mic of rs 500 but the delivery of product was delayed by courier partner of snapdeal although it was showing product delivered but it was actually delivered 9 days after that. I communicated the same to snapdeal at every moment with email. Know the product delivered is not in working condition and packaging also damaged. Which when i informed snapdeal i received an auto email that since 7 days have passed since delivery date it cannot be replaced. Since then i am emailing them but they are not responding.
