[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not Yet got Refund

I booked my order on 18th Oct 2014 .I got a message saying product will be delivered on 26th Oct. When I checked the status I came to know it will be delivered on 30th Oct. After that I got to know it be delivered on 3rd Nov 2014.suddenly I got a message saying it has been delievered on 4th Nov 2014 to your address. But i did not receive any product from Snap deal. when checking with the customer care, they said wait for another one day. After that also i did not receive, i got frustrated i cancelled my order on Nov 6th 2014.I called snap deal customer care several times for refund. I have spent more than 400rs calling Snap deal customer care. Still I have not got my refund. Everyday this Customer care make new stories and give false promises. its totally waste of time and money. Pissed of Snap deal.
