Kindly request to you, i was purchase nova 2 slice panni grill maker on the date of 26th of september.& delivered on 1st of november as given address. Now problem is that, this grill machine is not for properly hot it means not hardly toast. That's why i was request for refund but snapdeal not picked up from my address customer care was telling pickup service is not possible. My question is why delivery is possible and picked up is not possible. Also i am not stay as per delivery address so who will courier on sending address as given return address in mail.
