I have recently ordered novex trendy black overnighter (Order no: [protected]) from snapdeal's app on 23rd august 2016. Due to quality issues i wanted to return it and i have raised refund request on 24th august 2016. By mistake i have cancelled refund request. The moment i realise that i have cancelled the refund request i request again for refund.
3 days later i realised there is no as such action from snapdeal (No calls, no messages, no mail, no update on their app) so i called them. One of the executives said that the request has not been filed and he said he is filling request on my behave (Complaint number/ rrn number is[protected] and suggested me to wait for 2-3 days to get item picked up from my home.
Nothing happened for 3 days so i again called and ask about my order. One of their executives said "we cant help you as you have not called us within 48hrs of your cancellation". What the heck is this? Why should i call them if they have option to reschedule the pickup of my order on their app. I requested to transfer my call to his supervisor. I waited for 30min and then he said that no supervisor is free at the moment and i should call the next day.
I called next day, talked to other, waited again for 10-15min. No one helped me. Each one of them has some story than the other.
Its been 10 days, no information about my refund or pickup of the order.
There is hell lot of frustration as i have invested so much money, time and energy.
Snapdeal you should go n die somewhere with such a poor service and dis-satisfaction. You guys are lier, stealer and a big time fraud!
