[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Numerous complains | |||
I dont know how they manage it but I have seen the worst service service provided by any shopping site is Snapdeal It hass got the worst delivery system and the products - it looks like they are sent to us after being used by one of the team members in snapdeal itself. I had placed orders many times from this site and each and everytime either they fail to deliver it on time or the product is in worst condition to be used More over they advertise that returning is easy. In fact returning the product is like a case going in court. The person dies and still the case is in progress. Order placed on the 1st of the month with a promise delivery of 7 days gets delivery in a broken condition by the end of the month and returning takes equal time On top of that they dont return the cash to your account. They instead give you snapdeal SD cash which mean you have to again buy some product and go through that all over again. What do we have to do to stop this nonsense and get over it?
