[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — office chair - received damaged product | |
I had ordered you have purchased this high back executive chair in black leatherette on 24th sep 2018 and received the product on 29th sep 2018. But product was damaged with following issues 1. Left handle is bent. 2. Leaning mechanism is damaged. 3. Hydraulics is damaged and chair is slant. 4. Handle is broken. 5. Chair is dirty doesn't look like new. 6. Shipping package is damaged. Order id: [protected] Reference number: 50178622 I requested return of the product on 30th sep 2018 very next day got message stating return request closed due to insufficient images and invoice not uploaded. Then replied to [protected]@snapdeal.com with 10 images and including the invoice but still no response from their end.
