I had purchased the epillator through Snapdeal. The moment I opened the package, I could see the main item brand box pack was stuck using Snapdeal tape, which meant box is not brand new. All the items provided by company were unpacked inside the box in total messy manner.It was 200percent a package which other person would have returned.When requested for return, I am not getting any response from Snapdeal.
