Snapdeal.com — Order [protected] cancelled without any reason

Dear Sir/Madam, I have wasted so much time to order and confirm this order on your sale day. What are the circumstances for cancelling the order by you. I want to know the reason. Is it 1) bulk - no i have not done that. placed only one order. 2) verification - no call / no emails has come to me.your customer care officers are giving different statements i want to escalate this matter to your Senior and take proper action so i can get my order back. I am not going to order again and let the same happen again. Kindly note that your are forcing me to go consumer court If you will not ship the same order as this is just illegal Regards
