[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order a micro SIM card, neither a product is delivered neither company is ready to pay money | |||
I older a product in Snapdeal.com on 10th Dec and the company mentioned to me the product will be delivered by 17th of Dec. Later the delivery date is keep changing, first it become 21st dec and now its 29th dec. I tried reaching to the company multiple times but there is no positive response. Company representative is telling to wait. I asked for cancellation of product and refund of the money. But company is not ready to do that and asked me to wait for 48 hrs. After 48 hours, as there is no progress on the product, i called company again today but now they are telling to wait for 72 hrs. No confirmation on delivery or cancellation of product. How can I get my money back? Also due to such fraud use case, can I get compensation from such company? Is there any law to close such fraudent companies?
