[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order cancelled after one month | |||||
I ordered, from snapdeal a cozy seater sofa, after one month yest they have jus sent a message stating "due to technical error" they will be cancelling the order, .They promised to deliver, and we planned everyhting around it, now they jus simply cancelled it after a month. We trust online and pay them now they said they will refund in emi, that means i wont have my limit of 13000 also in my account, how will it benefit me, what if i want to buy in other place ??? trusted online and spent the money from credit card, now they simply refund emi, how is that gonna help me, worst service, they dont even reveal their customer care number in website. order number - [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
