[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order cancelled after payment

I purchased Phillips trimmer on 7 May 2017 and made the payment through credit card. My order was cancelled on 13 May 2017. Reason for cancellation was stated as unavailability with seller but when i checked the product was available. I bought the product on discounted price and now the price has gone up again so it doesn't make sense taking a refund and trying to order again

Updated by Sumitpatiltatya I purchased Phillips trimmer on 7 May 2017 and made the payment through hdfc bank debit card. My order was cancelled on 13 May 2017. Reason for cancellation was stated as unavailability with seller but when i checked the product was available. I bought the product on discounted price and now the price has gone up again so it doesn't make sense taking a refund and trying to order again. ON sunday morning I received call from their consumer service and he asked me do you have registered mobile no ending with 22 which I don't have. I have given him the mob no through which I have done the booking. So now I see that your complaint is resolved. Snapdeal marking complaint resolved just for namesake without resolving it.o order no is [protected].
