This is the worst service that any online dealer would have provided.
I had ordered sandisk cruzer blade usb flash drive 32gb on 29th april 16 (Order id: [protected]) estimated delivery was 5th to 9 may.
Then on 9th may i received email that the delivery was delayed and now it would be delivered by 11th may.
After eagerly waiting on 11th may they communicated that they have cancelled my order (Great!) and would initiate refund in 4 working days.
Till 18th may money was not refunded, hence i wrote to their customer care.
I received an automated mailer "your request has been accepted with reference number 23780924. We are eager to resolve your request and will call you from [protected] within a maximum of 24 hours. Please receive the call to give us an opportunity to serve you and resolve your concerns quickly."
Now its more than more than 5 days i have neither received a call nor my money.
It is my sincere request that you take this complaints on priority and refund my money by tomorrow eod. Otherwise i would have to register a complaint on consumer forum Was this information helpful? |
