[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order cancelled but refund is not given. | |
I have ordered ez' playmates robo magic car on 13th/june/2020. Since delivery delayed so i cancelled my order on 24th/june/2020. Then too your courier partner tried to deliver the product on 30th/june/2020. But still i haven't received my amount back to my bank account. I tried several times to explain things with your customer care executive but they are pathetic even they are not sharing my complaint id with me. Please help me out in resolving this matter. I just need my money back.
