[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order cancelled but refund not received | |||||
Hi team, I have cancelled order from snapdeal.com as on 15th January 2016 as order id :- [protected] As informed by the [protected]@snapdeal.com In case you wish to continue with the cancellation, do not accept the delivery (return the delivery). Once we receive the returned item, we will initiate the refund in your bank account. So i had not accepted delivery of order but refund amount of my order is not received yet. Jan 29, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Due misunderstanding done by snapdeal i was not getting refund.
Finally I received the refund.
