[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order delivery | |||||
I ordered jumbo yellow teddy bear through snapdeal on 25 oct 2016 and my order I'd is [protected]. In my order status it is showing delivery attempted three times . But I never received any call from courier company. I shared this issue to snapdeal at [protected]@snapdeal.com but no response from snapdeal. Daily morning I am receiving sms around 10 am that your order will be delivered today. In the afternoon around 1 pm another sms delivery attempt failed. I never received any call from courier company or even in that sms it is not mentioned the mobile no of courier boy so that I can make any contact with courier company. But I recieve the call on 4 nov from the courier company xpress bees and assured me that my order will be delivered on 5 Nov 2016.
In the mean while I recieved email that my order is cancelled. After waiting for me about 5 days still I did not recieve my courier and cancelled without any prior information. Now All my affords have gone into the drain. I am in a hopeless condition as I committed promise to give this courier to my niece as a birthday gift.
Worst courier service from snapdeal.
