I have bought different products under above order number but quality was not good, hence requested return the product next day on 19-9-16. They registered our request and confirmed to reverse pickup by 21-9-16. but they did not picked up the returned product till date and sent me a mail on 24-9-16 that they will not accept return, they closed my case and blocked me from further transactions. When i attempted several times to find the reason, they did not provided me any reason, but simply said their system refused my return request. Now all the products have lying un-returned with me, my money has been blocked and i am unable to do further shopping on snapdeal.com Their customer care officers refused to help me.

Kindly help me in this regard

Updated by akndelhi Snapdeal is totally silent on this matter and ignored all my complaints. Snapdeal even refused to reply to my lawyer's emails.

Updated by akndelhi matter never resolved. Happily put SnapDeal shopping app and website under blocked contents. I have barred myself and my family members to shop on snapdeal.
