Dear so called" Dil ka deal, Snapdeal" With utmost disappointment and dissatisfaction, I am writing this and hope will receive some positive response. Well let me narrate the story of my Lifetime bad experience with Snapdeal... On 21st Sep, at the time of browsing Snapdeal- my happiness knew no bounds when I had seen that "Kent water purifier " with lucrative discount, available at Rs.13, 500/- (instead of Rs.19, 000/-) As the price was reasonable and the discount was huge, I placed the order immediately by paying the amount via net banking in advance. On 27th sept, I had received the product. Now its time for the lifetime pathetic experience from Snapdeal.. I called Kent customer service and next day on 28th Sept the person had come to my place and installed the Kent . While installing, he found that the adapter was not working and its a faulty one. This was shocking as Kent and Snapdeal both delivered a faulty product. As a result with utmost disappointment I called Snapdeal Cust Service on Sept 28th at evening 5.30 p.m and spoke to Arshdeep Singh.I explained him the entire story and he raised the complain ( complain no[protected] .He assured me that, the same will be picked in a day by courier and replace with the better one. After 2 days, as nobody turned up, again I called the customer service on Oct 1st around 9.46 p.m and spoke to BALU MAHENDIRAN. I asked him to transfer to his supervisor but he convinced me that he will solve the issue. I explained him the entire thing once again. Now this guy told me that certainly someone will pick the same by Oct 1st and also his senior will call me for further clarification. Now its the 5th day, and no response from Snapdeal neither Courier person. yet. This is the most worst experience as well as unprofessionalism from a company who display big big advertisement and commit for a wonderful service. Today its approximately 15 days as I have paid my hard earn money and doing a duty to call customer service and writing mails. Do not forget that now things are quite open to market and competitors are waiting for this kind of bad customer service by a rival company. I will wait another 48 working hours for your revert with a solution and of course the interest amount for the days you kept my money. Now its my promise to you I will not mind to spend another big amount and spoil your name in the market as I have enough proof to furnish. But if you really feel that I have been cheated and you did a mishap with my trust, than revert with my compensation money . Awaiting for your revert.
