[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Order id [protected] | |||||
My order id : [protected] (Prepaid) Placed on 2nd of december has no trace since then. Filed complaints but they didn't take any action against. It was 5-8 december to deliver within but it didn't happen. They asked 48 hours more to deliver but again after 48 hours i got an sms informing that delivery dates had been rescheduled to 10-14 december. Again today they sent an sms informing that there will be late delivery. I want to ask whether there is any significance of 'snapdeal-fulfilled' and 'snapdeal gold'??? In case of refund they say that refund will be initiated only after the product reaches back to seller. But can anyone tell me what percentage of surity it has to reach back while neither you nor the designated courier have any trace of my consignment? I'm continuously complaining about since last 7 days but no appropriate action is visible. I'm just fed of listening 'sorry sir' again and again. Pathetic experience.
