The above subject order ID under (Ticket Id:[protected] was ordered on 20/01/2017 and paid through netbanking.The item was delivered to me on 29.01.2017.After unboxing and checking the product, It was found that the secondary sim was not working.Immediately the replacement request sent to the co. The co. accepted it for the replacement and after a few time they informed that they were unable to replace the item hence initiating for the refund. As per their instructions I kept all the items in the box without any further use.All the items were physically checked and confirmed by the courier boy of the co. They picked up the product on very next day i.e. 30.01.2017
On 01.02.2017 the executive called me and informed that x article was missing, hence they were declining the refund.
In late evening I called the customer care who was not aware which article was missing, he advised that there may be some technical issue caused rejection of refund hence he again is sending it for quality check. I requested him either to make a FIR regarding missing article or confirm me as I may able to lodge a FIR for deep investigation. I also request to the co. by email.
On 03.02.2017 again the executive called me and informed that 2 articles are missing, hence refund is rejected.
I each time requested to each executive to confirm reason of declining the refund by mail. I also requested to the co. to email me the reason of rejection but, neither they confirm nor refund nor replace the product.
It is also shocking that the co. has no. toll free no. for the customers for direct communication.
It is terrible that their executive is discussing with me over my phone and after a few minuit they mail that they were unable to reach me and asking for alternate no.
The co. each and every hour keep me update while delivering the order but, when the case went for replacement/refund, they kept mum. The estimated time of refund is now over and the co. fell under 'lack of service' and violation of terms and conditions of its 'return policy' and dishonoring their customers Was this information helpful? |
Snapdeal is making fool to the customers and not interested to resolve the issues. Selling defective items and not refunding. Now no doubt that this company is cheating.
