[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — order id: [protected] courier charges pending | |||
Order id: [protected] I had ordered a wall unit online, which came in all broken from the edges. When asked for return, they said they wont pick up, and so i had to courier them back to their address. After many follow ups on emails, the price of the order was refunded. However, the courier charges i paid for 480rs, is still not processed after 3 months. There is no way you can talk to their customer representative officers, and no response on email. If you guys cant provide genuine services to your customer, advice is shut down your business. Stop making a fool out of the customers and torturing them with horrible shopping experience.
