This is with regard to my order placed with Snapdeal on the 1st of october, 2014 with Order ID [protected]. I had made a prepaid payment for it online using my debit card. Even after a month long wait, i did not receive my order. Neither did snapdeal try to contact me, nor did they pay any attention to my numerous calls to their customer service department. I finally managed to cancel my order and have demanded for a refund of RS. 725 that i had paid to them in advance.
However, its been two full months i haven't received my money back. Not a single email or call has been made from their side so far regarding the matter. Moreover, the customer personnel are rude and fail to let out any information regarding the complaint. They keep saying they cannot refund the payment till the product reaches them through the seller. They do not have any idea as to when they will return my money, if at all.
My only concern is why should I as a customer suffer due to Snapdeal's internal seller's fault. This has been the worst experience with an online store which claims to be a big brand. Amazon.in is 100 times better and their customer service truely deserves a standing ovation. Looks like i have learnt my lesson and will never trust a cheap site like snapdeal ever again. All i want is my money to be refunded asap without any further delay.
I hope atleast after this two months long wait, i will get a response from their side unless they have lost all sense of business ethics. Was this information helpful? |
