Dear Sir/Madam,
With reference to the subjects' request no and Order no [protected] I booked a Hero HF-DAWN, but still I don't get any call from the dealer or from your side regard the delivery. In between the mean time I contact you ten times but don't get anything resolved. And also as per your rules and regulations Published in the website the ## Vehicle will be available on the same day/within 2 - 5 days ( based on the inventory available), of the dealership visit ## but still don't get anything positive response I have purchased a lot of things via online, but never faced such a worst service ever. Hereafter I will never use your service in future and never suggest to anybody. You people given all the false commitment and makes customer fool. If you people couldn't able to provide the service in good manner to the customer then return the amount. Instead of doing this whenever I contact you, your people provide only the wrong information and false commitment continuously. As of now I don't want the service provided by SNAPDEAL as the Commitment date provided is closed.
