Hi customer care,
It is very sad to see that snapdeal customer care have no intention to hear concerns raised by customers and ignoring the issue.
I purchased 6 titan watches from snapdeal (Orderid=[protected]). It is showing the product is delivered but it i didn't received any product. I raised this concern long back and there is no any action taken till today.
No doubt why amazon is leading from front as they take care of all user's concerns.
I am looking forward to see an action from snapdeal on this matter.
