Dear Friends, I would like to share the most horrible experience. I have ordered F&D F6000U 5.1 Speaker System of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] on 2nd July 2015 and got text confirmation on 3rd July 2015 that my order is ready with seller & will be shipped anytime within 12 hrs. After that when I have raised my complaint on various levels then I got to know that my order has transferred from the original seller that took on 1st place to another seller who is from another state. Since the date I did not receive any further confirmation or my product.After making several calls to the customer care I was told that snapdeal cannot do anything once the product is shipped from their place!!! .Its almost 13 days and I wondered how many days it will take to deliver my order to my home even I am living in most approachable city Delhi not in abroad. I am so much disappointed from snapdeal because of to much delay unreasonable services that I am experiencing. Now I am going to take a legal actions against snapdeal. I would request to all my friends to never look for snapdeal any more. I've never experienced such plight because of worst, pathetic service. They always given false promises whenever I have tried to complaint. It would be better to choose another online service provider instead of Snapdeal.com Was this information helpful? | |||
