Snapdeal.com — Order not delivered and cannot see my refund status

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

Team, I have placed one order on SNAPDEAL for Washing machine trolley on 16th Oct. Now its been more than a week the estimate delivery date has passed, i am not able to see the status of the Order neither i can see the status of my refund which i asked their customer care to initiate. Please help me in this. I had made payment of INR 1176 for this.
