Snapdeal.com — ORDER NOT DISPATCHED DUE TO A FAKE REASON THAT VERIFICATION CALL WAS NOT ANSWERED

My order number[protected] placed on 26 jan 2015 is not yet dispatched, I made two complaints 15299596 and 15299232 but till now order is not dispatched.They said that we cancelled your order because verification call was not answered but the truth is that there was no verification call or email made by the, they can check the incoming caal details of my phone number . they are doing like this because i got the product at 40% discount .this is my gudluck that i got the product at this price on republic day sale . please dispatch my order, and last i ordered two more orders on that day but no verification call was made on them but still i got the products this is not fare.
